GRAPE VARIETIES
It comes from a field blend of old vines, with more than 10 different grape varieties. Alfrocheiro, Alicante Bouschet, and TintaGrossaare distinguishable, but an addition of Trincadeirafrom very old vines gives it a distinctive touch.

Total destemming without crushing, fermented in stainless steel vats at 25ºC.
Maturation in new French oak barrels for 24 months and aged 5 years in bottle.
tasting notes
Aroma of exotic woods (ebony), ripe berries and spices.
Smooth, with marked acidity, elegant. Long and striking finish.
